The presenter discusses medical situations that require a return-to-work exam/follow up for a commercial driver's license (CDL). The presentation covers areas where return to work could be used, how to remedy health issues and steps involved in treatment.

1. Define areas that could require a CDL failure due to health parameters set by the Department of Transportation; 2. Explain what current medical measurements are for each area; and 3. Identify opportunities to improve health measurements and regain a CDL medical card.
