Description:
A challenge for human resource and safety professionals is working with employees and medical professionals to return employees to work as soon as they are able and to understand when it makes sense to have employees evaluated prior to returning to work. This can be a challenge whether the employee is off for a work-related or personal illness or injury. Hear how to walk the maze of doctors, short-term disability, company policies, and procedures to help employees return safely.
