This event includes correct instruction of lifting techniques, common themes that fatigue soft tissue and corrective actions to mitigate risk. The lecture shows an obstacle course, where attendees can learn how to conduct something similar at their facility. Obstacle courses are presented through video observation and a facilitated dialog is provided by the instructor. Learning Objectives: 1. Define key bio-mechanic techniques to include in your safe lifting programs. 2. Explain how to engage your employees through an obstacle course.
