Description:
Taking your culture beyond a form and behavioral audit that may be lacking meaningful interactions amongst team members. This session displays the science, research, and results experienced from a Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program focusing on informal safety conversations with more genuine enforcement. We describe how an organization can shift from its current program with ease and show what results they expect by doing so. The power in the BBS observation is in the positive consequences of a conversation.

Learning Objectives:
1. Explain the informal technique of an observation without printing a form or checklist.
2. Identify results other organizations have experienced by long and short term.
3. Summarize the indirect impact conversation-based safety can have on an organization.
