But, if you have the determination to educate yourself and others, you've overcome the first hurdle. Whether a human resources manager with many hats or a full-time safety manager, you can succeed if you focus on making safety accessible to your co-workers. The safety person doesn't have to be feared and safety meetings don't have to be boring if you put in the effort. This session gives you the tools to succeed with safety at your company.
