This can be brought about by an incident at work, in their personal life, or as the result of the cumulative effects of exposure to traumatic situations. Learning Objectives: 1. Recognize normal reactions to critical or traumatic incidents. 2. Define techniques for dealing with critical or traumatic incidents.
