This can be accomplished by using a process of caring, assessing, aligning, reinforcing, and evaluating. Applied correctly, this process helps define safety goals, gauge safety culture, and improve safety behavior. You may attend this session in person or online as a part of the live broadcast track of sessions. Learning Objectives: 1. Define how to clarify safety goals in a way that excites the C-Suite. 2. Identify tools for assessing safety culture so that leaders understand what is necessary to achieve the organization's safety goals. 3.
