Environmental Protection Agency penalties are costly for construction companies that don’t comply with environmental regulations. Make sure you’re in the know when it comes to hot environmental topics like construction stormwater permits, best management practices, stormwater pollution prevention plans, spill prevention, control and countermeasure plan (SPCC), hazardous/universal waste, used oil, and what to do if you have a spill.
