This session focuses on the recently acknowledged impact of poor employee financial understanding and status on overall well-being and productivity. The presenter addresses the realization that when employees are stressed about personal finances, it can negatively impact their performance at work. The presenter offers a review of the documented challenges facing financially stressed employees and provides a road map for a low-cost program that has achieved success.
