Arthritis is an extremely common ailment in the public and work environment. It is often difficult for human resources personnel to distinguish what is work-related and what is pre-existing. The presenter discusses the different types of arthritis and helps the audience to distinguish what may be pre-existing and what is work-related. He also discusses different treatment options for these employees.
