A speaker from the Ohio division of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) provides an overview of the new FMCSA drug and alcohol testing clearinghouse tools impacting all commercial drivers as required by 49 CFR Part 382, as well as safety regulation updates and a question and answer session as time allows.
