Millennials are the next-generation leaders, but as a recent survey from Deloitte shows, they don’t think they’re ready, with 63% saying their leadership skills are not being fully developed. So how can we change that? In this session, learn how to develop and retain millennials for leadership roles from the unique perspective of a millennial leader.
