Return-to-work (RTW) efforts are often an afterthought to a workplace injury and can be met with obstacles that hinder their success, such as "we don't have any light duty jobs." This session provides successful RTW principles, shows how to overcome the top 10 common obstacles, and presents real world applications and solutions that can be used to promote employee recovery, improve engagement, develop efficiencies, and reduce cost.
