This presentation reviews MSHA's 2019 rulemaking and enforcement trends, while looking at what could change in 2020 and beyond for mine operators and independent contractors. The presenter includes a review of key decisions from the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, which affect MSHA enforcement. Learning Objectives: 1.
