Ten years ago, Owens Corning’s Newark plant committed to make wellness a natural part of their employee’s daily life at work, and home. This session provides a snapshot of the key self-discovery moments that moved the Owens Corning wellness team from happy talk to purposeful action. The presenters share the company’s six wellness pillars, the tools and resources they used to establish the program, participation data, program improvement techniques, and current challenges. The presentation engages the audience in discussion to demonstrate the benefits of starting or breaking through to a new level of wellness engagement and inspiration in the manufacturing industry.
