In this session the presenter covers a very brief overview of how beer is made, the hazards associated with each step of the process, and additional considerations that also apply to general industry such as cleaning and sanitation, packaging, and delivery. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify and assess risk in a manufacturing environment. 2. Define acceptable risk, potential distractions, and emergency procedures. 3. Describe safety awareness and safety procedures.
