Description:
The brewing industry is one of the fastest growing manufacturing industries in Ohio, usually working on shoestring budgets, facing similar challenges as many other manufacturing businesses. In this session the presenter covers a very brief overview of how beer is made, the hazards associated with each step of the process, and additional considerations that also apply to general industry such as cleaning and sanitation, packaging, and delivery.
