Description:
This session teaches the audience to identify the risk areas within the workplace that should be part of a larger visual workplace safety plan. The presenter discusses the steps of building a visual workplace safety plan, prioritizing tasks within the plan, building visuals yourself, and how to measure the success of a program. Hear how to get shared company buy-in on the plan, by addressing operational concerns with the program, which can increase efficiency.
