He lost both arms above the elbow because of not using proper lockout/tagout procedures. He now spends his time sharing his story to remind others that we are all responsible for our own safety. Please note: The videos and photos shown may be graphic in nature. Learning Objectives: 1. Describe the importance of lockout/tagout and following all safety procedures. 2. Recognize the job is important, but safety is a higher priority. 3. Discuss how an incident can and will affect more than just the injured worker.
