Description:
In this session, the presenter discusses his life-changing experience of an occupational injury and the impact his injury has had on his life and the lives of others. He lost both arms above the elbow because of not using proper lockout/tagout procedures. He now spends his time sharing his story to remind others that we are all responsible for our own safety. Please note: The videos and photos shown may be graphic in nature.

Learning Objectives:
1. Describe the importance of lockout/tagout and following all safety procedures.
2. Recognize the job is important, but safety is a higher priority.
3. Discuss how an incident can and will affect more than just the injured worker.
