Date: Friday, March 13, 2020 Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Location: Greater Columbus Convention Center Speakers: Todd Gehrmann, CEO, FOCUS Training Track: All Industries and Workplaces Session Type: Workshop Skill Level: All Levels Description: For leaders to create a safe work environment, trust-based relationships are a must. Dysfunctional safety culture is often the result of misaligned expectations, a lack of trust, or misinterpretation. Participants will explore how to clearly define expectations and practice building trust-based relationships with colleagues. We use an experiential challenge called Market Madness to reveal the underlying psychology of trust required for effectively performing teams. Learning Objectives: 1. Explain how to establish clear and collaborative expectations which drive safety culture. 2. Describe how to build trust in professional relationships which result in high-performing teams.
