Description:
Each workday is unique. Some workers perform repetitive motions with bending, lifting, and twisting all day. Other workers sit much of the day. Regardless what your activity level is at work, everyone wins with mindful midday movement. When people move more they feel better mentally and emotionally. This session teaches you some strategies to implement a mindful workplace. It also explains the workplace community that can result, which can create positive interactions between employers and their employees.
