This session provides an overview of the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Heath Administration's (OSHA) Process Safety Management (PSM) and the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Risk Management Plan (RMP) regulations. The presenter reviews how to develop each of the program elements, how to organize your program, program auditing, tips, and techniques to ensure compliance, as well as what to expect during a compliance inspection.
