These changes also reorganize the regulations to make them easier to follow. This session explores these changes and assumes the audience understands the current hazardous waste regulations. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify changes applicable to each generator category. 2. Recall the location of the rules applicable to you in the regulations. 3. Describe the provisions for increased flexibility. 4. Recognize the improvements in risk communication created by this rule.
