Description:
This session addresses the preservation and documentation of evidence at death scenes for medicolegal death investigations to be conducted by the coroner’s office/medical examiner’s office. It is important to be cautious at the scene once death has been pronounced or in situations where death may occur once the patient has been transported to a medical facility. Learn which items to keep in mind to relay to on-scene law enforcement or to document in your report.
