Description:
This presentation demonstrates ways to combat human trafficking through prevention and intervention training. Truckers Against Trafficking educates drivers to recognize and respond to human trafficking as a part of their everyday jobs. A survivor also shares her experience being trafficked and her struggles with drug addiction. Learn how you can be part of the effort to prevent human trafficking and obtain free training resources to take back to your company.

1. Define human trafficking and begin to understand the complexities around it.
2. Recognize the signs of human trafficking and how this crime intersects with the trucking and busing industries.
3. Identify action steps you can take to help law enforcement recover victims and arrest perpetrators.
4. Explain ways your company or organization can get involved in this effort and help close loopholes to traffickers.
