The presenter discusses lockout/tagout program requirements and device design. He also focuses on the minor servicing exemption and applying this exemption in the workplace. Learning Objectives: 1. Define and understand the requirements and principles of lockout/tagout in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147. 2. Recognize and understand the minor servicing exemption to the lockout/tagout standard. 3. Select appropriate lockout/tagout equipment and devices. 4. Identify minor servicing in their workplaces to which the exemption may apply.
