Learning Objectives: 1. Identify inspection priorities and the different services PERRP provides. 2. Define the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and PERRP standards and how they apply to public employers. 3. Describe what occurs when PERRP shows up for an enforcement visit and what to expect to provide. 4. Explain what your rights are if citations are issued in an enforcement inspection/investigation.
