Description:
The director of Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation’s Public Employment Risk Reduction Program (PERRP) describes who is covered under PERRP, when and why PERRP would show up at your facility, what employers should expect if PERRP shows up unannounced, and the employer’s responsibilities if citations are issued.
