Description:
Glyphosate is one of the most popular broad-spectrum herbicides in the world, part of the formulation with trade name Roundup. There is a significant controversy between different agencies regarding carcinogenicity of glyphosate. The session attempts to summarize available toxicological information about glyphosate, involving the participants in a discussion about the weight of evidence concept, interpreted from scientific and regulatory points of view.
