Session one of two. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify specific lessons learned from actual cases. 2. Explain best practices in emergency medical services (EMS) documentation, including establishing report writing protocols with your medical director. 3. Describe protocols on contacting with medical control, and documenting advice received. 4. Identify best practices in quality assurance reviews of EMS run reports, including feedback to personnel on the run, and fire department continuing education.
