Session two of two. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify lessons learned from actual cases. 2. Explain best practices in emergency medical services documentation, including report writing protocols with your medical director. 3. Describe protocols on contacting with medical control and documenting advice received. 4. Identify best practices in quality assurance reviews of emergency medical services run reports, including feedback to personnel on the run and fire department continuing education.
