This information provides the framework for acquiring the skills needed to prevent an occurrence of workplace violence. This second part of a two-part session provides insight into specific scenarios of possible conflict and discusses how a person might use the skills presented in session one to avoid escalation into violence. Learning Objectives: 1. Describe how to spot a crisis and start early negotiations. 2. Identify and explain specific, tangible solutions.
