Description:
The presenter explains how to achieve de-escalation and describes some of the psychological tips used to empower individuals to achieve crisis de-escalation. This information provides the framework for acquiring the skills needed to prevent an occurrence of workplace violence. This second part of a two-part session provides insight into specific scenarios of possible conflict and discusses how a person might use the skills presented in session one to avoid escalation into violence.
