Description:
Catastrophic medical claims, when defined by cost or duration of the claim, are not uncommon. When a life-changing injury has occurred, there is a path to an optimal outcome. The presenter discusses the unique challenges of catastrophic claims and the key elements for properly identifying and managing these claims.
