Description:

Many industries use rigging practices on a regular basis. However, lack of proper training often leads to injuries or a fatality. The presenter covers proper usage of below-the-hook devices such as chain and wire rope slings, shackles and eye bolts. He also covers how to employ safe lifting angles, read load calculations, acknowledge proper procedures and follow the necessary requirements to make a safe lift for individuals and group rigging applications.
