Description:

This workshop is for the beginner to learn about the history of drug and alcohol testing in the transportation industry and the basic requirements/responsibilities under the federal rules. The presenter covers the building blocks that make up a compliant program; thorough discussion of best practices; and efficient and effective methods used by covered employers for compliance. Other topics include: policy and training, testing categories and procedures, responsibilities of service agents and recordkeeping/reporting.

Explain the essential record keeping and reporting requirements of a substance abuse program covered by FMCSA and/or FTA rules and regulations
