Terry Hughes speaks of his experience in the oil and gas industry and the ripple effect of unsafe acts, both professionally as well as personally, and how the people around us often mimick our actions. Hughes explains how life is often decided by chance, and that you have the ability to put the odds in your favor by recognizing these hazards. Hughes' approach puts audiences at ease with his “Papa” persona that every attendee can relate to.
