The session introduces Ohio’s universal waste requirements in Ohio Administrative Code 3745-273 to attendees. The speaker presents an overview of what types of wastes you can classify as universal. She explores in detail the requirements around these wastes, such as labeling, training, container management, disposal and recordkeeping. She shares best practices, and participants leave equipped to develop a compliant universal waste-management program at their own facilities.
