They must provide temporary workers the same high level of safety and health as permanent workers. The issue is so important that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration created a separate page on itsr website and a temporary worker initiative to address it. The presenters review the issues and highlight the staffing agency's and host employer's responsibilities.
