Description:

Management of change (MOC) is creating and developing a program to control items (equipment, processes or procedures) that are changed or added to a facility. The presenter performs a thorough review of safety and regulatory requirements needed to implement the change. The MOC program allows for reviewing safety concerns, implementing training and other programs to reduce the risk of injury/accidents for the employees. The presenter reviews how to establish a MOC program.
