Description:

You must revalidate all process hazard analysis (PHA) every five years in compliance with the Occuptional Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) process safety management (PSM) standard. This session identifies and reviews the PSM elements that you must prepare and/or have available prior to conducting a revalidation of a PHA.
