Description:

Do I need to change my drug-testing policy? Where do I send my Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) records? This session updates attendees with recent OSHA changes requiring electronic incident reporting beginning in 2017. Along with distinguishing OSHA recordable from non-recordable, the session covers OSHA’s emphasis on incentive programs and post-incident drug testing.
