Do I need to change my drug-testing policy? Where do I send my Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) records? This session updates attendees with recent OSHA changes requiring electronic incident reporting beginning in 2017. Along with distinguishing OSHA recordable from non-recordable, the session covers OSHA’s emphasis on incentive programs and post-incident drug testing.

Discuss retaliation, post-accident drug testing and incentive programs as they relate to OSHA recordkeeping
Describe a plan of action based on the new OSHA recordkeeping submittal guidelines
Explain when to report an injury to OSHA and the timeline for reporting
