Resiliency is a hot topic in today’s workplace. There is an interest in helping individuals and groups handle change and challenges more effectively. This involves taking a look at stress and recognizing that not all stress is negative. A stressor can simultaneously be a stimulus for positive change. The presenter explores how situations that challenge people physically, mentally and emotionally can empower growth, capacity and capability.
