The session is an introduction to lead in the water supply and what it means. It covers: lead’s effect on the human body; the meaning of the integrated blood lead level; why lead in water is an environmental problem; and how lead enters the water supply and how to test, monitor and treat the water supply to keep it safe. Hear why lead in water is just now becoming a problem and the long term solution to the lead in water problem.
