Description:

Truck driver wellness should be a major concern for both employers and employees. Today's trucker is unhealthier than the average American. That is not good news. There are huge benefits for drivers to achieve and maintain excellent health, and many ways to do so. The presenter explores these ideas and provides tips on how to get there.
