Truck driver wellness should be a major concern for both employers and employees. Today's trucker is unhealthier than the average American. That is not good news. There are huge benefits for drivers to achieve and maintain excellent health, and many ways to do so. The presenter explores these ideas and provides tips on how to get there.

Define wellness, how it applies to truck drivers, and the health of the average trucker
Explain how maintaining/improving health and wellness can increase productivity and overall happiness both on and off the job
Discuss ways to improve overall wellness and ideas for managing/controlling weight and reversing chronic disease
