The presenter discusses the unique needs of the aging injured worker, including how equipment and the level of care changes as the worker ages, which may adversely affect long-term medical reserves on the file. The presenter also discusses strategies employers can implement to mitigate loss. The presenter designed this session for physicians and health-care providers. He repeats this session for employers, safety representatives and nurses at 2:30 p.m., Thursday.
