CRPS is likely one group of findings in a smaller area that may be similar to other central or peripheral sensitization patterns in persons with chronic pain. The emphasis of treatment for CRPS and chronic pain that is associated with this needs to be from a biopsychosocial approach in the expected benefits w/improvements in sleep, mood, physical function, coping and managing flares.
