Description:

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) area director presents a study of fatalities and serious injuries investigated by OSHA. These include case studies of related enforcement cases. The session covers employer obligations related to OSHA’s new serious injury reporting and recordkeeping standards. The speaker also addresses lessons learned since initial implementation.
