This presentation covers the dangers and the benefits that unmanned aircraft (drones) offer safety professionals. The emphasis of this session is on how drones augment dangerous work performed by humans. The presenter covers emergency management, disaster management, law enforcement and infrastructure inspection. The presenter also covers some of the dangers of operations and potential safety mitigations. The intended audience is safety professionals that have an interest in drones.
