In a multicultural world, you must communicate with a more diverse workforce. This can impact our ability to educate and train using traditional methods. Session attendees will learn cultural nuances, learning styles and language-centered learning strategies. This session is multicultural. However, the question and answer session provides an opportunity to tailor information to individual workforce categories.
