Description:

The millennial generation has a different approach to communications, learning and retention of information than other generations. To help protect these workers, we need to address how best to train, educate and re-enforce safety principles for them. During the presentation, the presenter examines how millennials think about safety and what drives them to act. Next, the presenter identifies practices to employ in the workplace to support and reinforce safety practices.
