This session reviews what Ohio's workers' compensation laws cover when employees leave Ohio. The presenter discusses BWC's Other States Coverage Program. The program is an option for Ohio employers who send employees out of state that the laws of that state require the employer to obtain coverage there. The session provides an overview of the legislation authorizing the program, the eligibility requirements and how an employer obtains this optional coverage.
