Description:

BWC's Transitional Work (TW) Grant Program reimburses an employer for some of the costs associated with the development of a customized return-to-work plan. This program helps employers manage their employee's injuries and offer productive work before they are 100-percent fit for duty. In return, employers may see substantial return on investment (ROI). The presenter discusses eligibility, the application process and the rewards of using a TW program.
